Today, meet Christi Sanford, Office Coordinator

1. Where are you from originally?

I grew up in Alexandria, VA, halfway between Old Town, Alexandria and Mt. Vernon. In fact, we were close enough Mt. Vernon that my neighborhood was on land that once belonged to George Washington.

2. What is your favorite AesthetiSpa product?

Intellishade Matte Tinted Sunscreen is the one I can’t live without. I wear it everyday rain or shine. It’s great for daily wear and also for intense sun when I’m on the boat ?️ or the beach ?️. The coverage is enough that I don’t need to wear any other foundation – it’s not too thin or too thick. I love it! ❤️

3. Have you ever met anyone famous?

The most famous person I’ve met is probably Bill Clinton. My brother-in-law (the most infamous person I know) was in politics so we met a number of politicians, including him. We also have a family friend who is a Hollywood movie producer, so I’ve had the chance to meet a few famous people through him. The most exciting (but the hardest to talk to) was Robert Downey Jr., and Leonardo DiCaprio. I’ve also met Gwen Stefani, Toby Maguire, Ludacris, Kenny G, Cindy Crawford and Randy Gerber, Van Diesel, Floyd Mayweather and January Jones. I’ve also been to a few movie premieres and was an extra in a movie where I met Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe.

4. What is your most favorite place you have visited? Why?

The most interesting trip was to China ?? to visit my son who spent a semester studying Mandarin in Nanjing. We spent 2 weeks traveling through China visiting Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and other smaller cities. It was a huge help that my son spoke Chinese and I felt like a rock star because so many people stopped me to hold my hand and take my picture since a tall, blonde American was quite a novelty there. The second most fun was going to the Cannes Film Festival ?? to see the premiere of the movie I was an extra in (although I didn’t make the cut – you can’t see me). Then went to the London ?? premiere on the same trip!
