Dana Brinson, CMA
Medical Assistant
Dana came to Charleston via the Air Force. Her father was stationed in Charleston and eventually retired here. She considers herself a native since she's been here since she was eight years old! After high school, Dana did local and promotional modeling, and became a modeling instructor and makeup artist. This was where she discovered her passion for skin care and wellness.
She made the leap into the medical field as a front office supervisor for a large Orthopedic Group in Charleston. While there, she studied and received her CMA in 1998.
Staying home for several years raising three children, Dana returned to the Orthopedic Group and worked with a prominent local hand surgeon as a clinical lead medical assistant for 23 years. Her experience during this time defined her as the compassionate, caring and knowledgeable medical assistant she is today.
Dana and her husband, Monty, are proud parents of three beautiful adult children (who are all natives!) and a sweet Goldador named Huck!
When not working, Dana loves family time, dining out, walking Huck, going to Folly beach, traveling and watching the Clemson Tigers play!
