My experience with medical aesthetics began in Washington, DC in the 1980s. I was searching for Charleston's best when I came upon Christy Cone, M.D., and her talented professional team of highly experienced skin care experts. The office runs like a well-oiled machine. Receptionists Monika and Amy are personable, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I feel as though I'm part of the family. Dr. Cone is a world class dermatologist. I've referred many clients to Dr. Cone and her team, including my daughter. She is a master at injectables, as well as all facets of cosmetic and medical dermatology. AesthetiSpa offers an impressive array of treatments -- from laser resurfacing to fat removal. Clients get in and out of treatment rooms with maximum efficiency. AesthetiSpa hosts monthly catered parties as well as one big yearly bash -- Glow Party. Christy's team cares about each client and it shows. The personal touch is part of the reason why I send people there. AesthetiSpa has frequent special discounts on treatments, fillers, and products. The spa sells the holy grail SkinCeuticals treatment line -- sometimes at a 20% discount. If you are looking for a medical spa experience in a mind-blowing environment with the Rolls Royce of skin professionals, this is it.

I have been a client for 10 years and every session has been professional and tailored to my concerns and objectives. One benchmark that I use for evaluation is how often the staff turns over and I am thrilled that Dr. Cone understands that successful employees create a successful business and patient experience. Her loyal staff knows me and I never fear that I am being "sold" a treatment I don't need. Dr. Cone commits to staff training. This Spa is not about white robes and lavender; it is all about the client receiving proper procedures in a spotless environment under strict medical guidelines. You can be confident that any procedure you select will be done properly by caring professionals. I have experienced microdermabrasion, Thermage, fillers, and minor laser treatments. I have not experienced eyelashes, or permanent eyeliner but the women who leave the office look awesome, very natural, and always happy. Be sure to always ask about the monthly specials. Many can be banked for future use and can save you a lot of money.

Dr. Cone and her staff are the best. Appointments always start on time. The office is very nice and comfortable. They are always offering discounts on great treatments and products. And they are very accommodating with any special needs or requests.
