I only recommend Dr. Cone and the staff at AesthetiSpa to my friends looking for what I like to call “nature enhancements.” Dr. Cone is highly skilled, has great product knowledge, and a refreshing attitude that immediately puts you at ease. She never tries to sell you anything you did not come to buy. The staff is always friendly and the facility is refined and relaxing. If you are thinking of any of the services offered by AesthetiSpa, there is no reason to shop around. You will not find better service nor better value in the Charleston area.

Everyone who works at AesthetiSpa is wonderful – very friendly and helpful. Dr. Cone has such a talent for helping you to look your best and she is so and enthusiastic about her work. She always makes you feel good about yourself.

I’m a Charlestonian, that relocated to the Midwest in 2012. Kelly, was always phenomenal, with her knowledge, advice and regimen. As a Boater, Golfer and outdoor person, since childhood, Kelly worked miracles for me. I recently moved back home to Charleston, and Kelly is a Life Send. I had my IPL, two weeks ago. Friends compliment me, on my face. My skincare in the Midwest, was great, with a Highly rated office (Santa Rosa Ca, and Indianapolis). We have different climate here, and different skin issues. The office has changed, but the reason for growth, is still there. Thank you Kelly!! I’m not leaving again

I was in Charleston for vacation and decided to get Dysport. I found AesthetiSpa on Google. I made an appointment online and it was confirmed by email. I was very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. April did my injection. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely go back when I am in town.

There are a lot of very qualified people working at Aesthetispa…a lovely, welcoming environment and experienced aestheticians who know what their doing. It’s always scary the first time you use a filler and you have to trust what the pro’s advise. After being a client at Aesthetispa for 4 years, I have come to trust Dr. Cone and her staff totally. I went to Lisa to help define my lip line and fill in some vertical lines around my mouth. I was concerned to do anything as I didn’t want to plump my lips or have them look fakey and Lisa assured me she could manage softening the lines and definition without plumping them up and she did a great job. It has really made a positive difference and I feel like I look like me again. She an excellent aethetician…I just wish after seeing her for the past year about 4 times, that she would remember who I was. I’ve also had the chance to work with Prudence for several sessions of IPL treatments. She was very careful and did a great job in helping reduce brown spots and broken blood vessels. I will say that while these treatments helped minimize these spots, the IPL treatments have not totally eliminated them which is disappointing as it’s very expensive. Prudence has been very fair to offer some extra spot treatments at no charge. Congratulations on the new space…it’s gorgeous.

Dr. Cone is wonderful and so are all of the employees at AesthetiSpa! I highly recommend AesthetiSpa for anyone wishing to look their best.
